La.Di.Dá Sur la Mer is a restaurant located inside the Sublimis Boutique Hotel Camogli, in the heart of a typical 19th century Ligurian villa. A location with unparalleled panoramic views overlooking the beautiful Golfo Paradiso.
The starting point of La.Di.Dá Sur la Mer is sustainability, a cuisine linked to its ancestral roots, which respects the seasonality of each product and enhances the raw materials of Camogli and surroundings. A kitchen that has deference to the resources that nature gives. The center of the gastronomic proposal of the restaurant is the product, used in its entirety – its parts, its layers, the cuts – in which the cooking and processing techniques most suitable for each material are adopted, respecting to the maximum its properties and the qualities of every single ingredient. A cuisine that approaches nature, local products, artisanal materials with the purpose of supporting the preservation of biodiversity, the preservation of Italian gastronomy and the enhancement of craftsmanship.
The mind of all the creations derive from the passion of chef Gabriel Ulivieri, who has gained work experience in several starred restaurants including the restaurant Mirazur (Menton, France), Pakta (Barcelona, Spain), Da Vittorio (Brusaporto, Italy), Rossellinis (Ravello, Italy). La.di.Dá Sur la Mer is keen to recognise the work of small local producers.
